A PDO thread lift is a safe, non-surgical treatment that injects tiny threads into the deep layers of your skin to lift and rejuvenate its appearance. Polydioxanone threads are used in many surgical procedures as dissolving sutures.

First, you’ll have a consultation with one of the skilled providers to discuss your goals for treatment. Your provider will customize a plan to meet your individual needs.
On the day of your treatment, you’ll receive a local anesthetic, and your provider will use tiny needles, called cannulas, to inject the threads into the deeper layers of your skin. This usually takes 30 minutes or less to complete.
You’ll probably have some redness after your treatment, but this typically goes away in a few hours. Initial results will be visible immediately following your procedure. After 1-2 weeks, you’ll start to see a more dramatic improvement in the elasticity of your skin, with full results becoming visible around two months after your procedure.
Although the PDO threads will dissolve entirely after about six months, the collagen remodeling that has occurred as a result of your PDO thread lift should last another six months, so you won’t need another treatment until about 12 months after your initial procedure.
